Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund within the 30-day period, you must adhere to the following conditions:
Cancellation Request: You must submit a cancellation request through your account portal within the first 30 days of your initial purchase.
Reason for Refund: We appreciate feedback on why our services didn’t meet your expectations. While not mandatory, your input helps us improve. However, providing a reason is not a prerequisite for receiving a refund.
No Violation of Terms: Your hosting account must not have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. Any breach of these policies may void your eligibility for a refund.
Exclusions
Please note that the following scenarios are excluded from our refund policy:
Domain Registrations and Transfers: Domain registration and transfer fees are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered or transferred, it is yours for the duration of the registration period.
Additional Services: Additional services, such as SSL certificates, dedicated IPs, and software licenses, are non-refundable.
Renewals: Refunds are not applicable to renewal payments. The refund policy only applies to new hosting purchases.
Processing Time for Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your cancellation request. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
